Shipping Policy
- All jewellery is carefully packaged to avoid any form of damage.
- JewelMaze delivers products internationally, all throughout the world.
- JewelMaze sends all packages via reputed courier services such as XpressBees, Ship Delight, ECom, Delivery, Blue Dart, First Flight, India Post etc.
- JewelMaze insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until it is delivered to you. We require a signature for any product delivered, at which responsibility for your purchased product passes to you. If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purpose (for example as a gift) then you accept that evidence of a signature by them. This is an evidence of delivery and fulfillment by JewelMaze and transfer of responsibility in the same way.
REFUND:
- Refund will be given on Damage & Wrong Products Only.
- Complaints will be raise within 3 days time only after receiving the product.
- Note - Maximum liability of refund is upto order value only
- After delivery, for any complaints regarding the received item, we require an unboxing video. Without this video, our website cannot accept the complaint.
REPLACEMENT:
- Replacement will be given on Damage & Wrong Products Only.
- Complaints will be raise within 3 days time only after receiving the product.
DON'T LIKE / NOT NEEDED ANYMORE:
- In case of the product not meeting your requirements or expectations but does not involve any error on our part, you may choose to raise a return / replacement request within 3 days of the order which is NOT Used or Damaged in any way.
- Upon receipt of the order back to us, we will issue the refund / replacement of the same after DEDUCTING SHIPPING FEES + Re-Stocking FEE @ 25% of Order Value.
